Throughout the course of my internship, I actively engaged in three specialized technical events focusing on cloud architecture design, enterprise AWS security and monitoring, and cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms.
Each event presented a unique learning dynamic—from analyzing complex architectural scenario questions under timed competition settings and measuring true end-to-end customer experience, to evaluating autonomous multi-agent AI systems within production-ready enterprise workflows.
Event Name: AWS Cloud Architecture Championship: CLF, SAA & SAP Battle
Date: June 20, 2026
Participation Format: Offline (In-Person)
Role: Attendee
Main Topics: An 8-team knockout competition spanning 3 rounds (10 scenario questions per round, 30 total) featuring a progressive certification difficulty curve (CLF-C02 $\rightarrow$ SAA-C03 $\rightarrow$ SAP-C02), multi-region disaster recovery (RTO/RPO), and resilient serverless design patterns.
Value Gained: I acquired a deep understanding of the architectural mindset shift across CLF, SAA, and SAP certification tiers, mastering cost versus reliability trade-off evaluation, asynchronous fallback mechanisms (SQS, DLQ, Circuit Breakers), and rapid scenario analysis under time constraints.
Event Name: AWS Cloud, Monitoring and Security
Date: July 11, 2026
Participation Format: Offline (In-Person)
Role: Attendee
Main Topics: AWS Cloud Practitioner certification readiness, Service Level Agreements (SLA), customer journey observability via Amazon CloudWatch, and automated security evaluations using AWS Security Agent.
Value Gained: I learned to look beyond traditional infrastructure metrics to monitor genuine end-to-end user journeys, understand the application-level Shared Responsibility Model, and leverage AI security agents for automated design reviews and pull-request scanning.
Event Name: FCAJ x Agentic AI Build Week: Show Up. Build. Pitch. WIN!
Date: July 25, 2026
Participation Format: Offline (In-Person)
Role: Attendee
Main Topics: An Agentic AI hackathon showcasing real-world solutions across retail conversational ordering, competitive intelligence gathering, automated architecture generation, crowd management, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigation workflows.
Value Gained: I deepened my technical grasp of agentic orchestrations, persistent agent memory, tool integration, reasoning audit logs, Human-in-the-Loop decision boundaries, and assessing prototype readiness for enterprise production environments.
Participating in these three events bridged the gap between academic theory and real-world cloud engineering, expanding my expertise in AWS architecture, system observability, DevSecOps automation, and autonomous AI systems.
