- Team Formation & Alignment: Introduced team members, assigned initial responsibilities, and established collaboration workflows.
- AWS Account Onboarding: Set up AWS root account, enabled Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and created non-root IAM credentials for daily engineering tasks.
- Cost Guardrails Setup: Configured AWS Budgets alerts at $1.00 USD and $5.00 USD thresholds before creating any billable cloud resources.
- Project Scope & Kick-Off: Evaluated project ideas and defined the scope boundary for the Chrome Flashcard Extension & Serverless Study Platform (
chrome-flashcard-axiza).

- Team Charter: Agreed upon collaboration processes and responsibility matrix.
